Andrew Bagg, otherwise known as DJ Cobra, is Hollywood’s best-kept secret. A solid fixture in the nightlife and party scene, he holds multiple residencies in Hollywood at some of the most popular clubs including Teddy’s, Myhouse, Playhouse and other high profile venues. With over 300 performances a year, Cobra is constantly jetting around the U.S. and worldwide, breaking barriers and appearing internationally more than any other open format DJ. Cobra has also toured, opened for or performed with over fifty gold & platinum recording artists including Puff Daddy, Prince, Ludacris, Nelly, John Legend and Lady Gaga to name just a few.
In addition to his busy club schedule, Cobra continues to push boundaries expanding his reach into other areas of entertainment. DJ Cobra has made numerous television appearances on shows including Jimmy Kimmel Live, Late Night with Carson Daly and Comics Unleashed. He recently completed a twenty-one city tour with Guy Fieri on his live nationwide cooking show, playing in venues with up to 5,000 fans per night. Cobra returned to Los Angeles just in time to ring in the New Year at the annual Paramount Back Lot Party with Adam Lambert.
In 2010 Cobra has hit the ground running, performing at some of the most coveted entertainment events – The Weinstein’s Golden Globes Party, numerous events at the Sundance Film Festival, performances with John Legend, Robin Thicke, Soulja Boy and international performances in Mexico City, Cancun and Toronto. Cobra will be the featured and headlining DJ at ESPN The Magazine’s “Next Event” at The Superbowl with performances by NeYo, Keri Hilson & Q-TIP. Cobra will also be the featured DJ at Star Magazine’s Second Annual Young Hollywood Event in March. Cobra will also DJ at the 2010 Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
Most recently, DJ Cobra has become a client of William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, and with an experienced team behind him, he will continue to expand his brand to higher and more expansive levels. Hollywood’s secret weapon may soon not be such a secret any longer.
